Account holders can submit a support ticket online through our self support portal anytime. We provide technical support for Bugs as outlined in our Terms of Service and EULAs. Beyond that, many of our customers have staff that don't require support. Instead of charging all our customers for Software Support and Maintenance that they may not need, we provide additional Support Services as outlined below for companies that might need some additional assistance.
