Jordan Cram is one of the Principals and co-founder of The Cram Group. Jordan heads Business Development activities in the U.S. and Mid East and continued development of ProjectXnet services in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering and Construction).
Jordan has held positions at rural architecture firms such as BCA Architects and at global construction management firms Bovis Lend Lease and M.A. Mortenson, gaining extensive experience negotiating contracts, coordinating subcontractors, and performing design reviews. Cram has a BS degree in Architectural Engineering from University of Colorado and work experience in the US and Mid East regions working on high profile commercial construction projects. |

Wes Smith is Chief Operations Officer at The Cram Group. Wes manages the daily operations of the company and ensures both internal and external quality.
Prior to founding The Cram Group, Wes worked as a Project Manager for Bovis Lend Lease, where he acted as an owner’s representative at the National Institutes of Health (NIH) in Bethesda, MD negotiating and administering contracts, change management, and mechanical inspections on the main campus hospital, Building 10. Prior to working at Bovis, Wes worked for Hensel Phelps Construction Co. where he was responsible for project management and field superintendent level activities on projects including The Ritz Carlton, The Ronald Regan Building, The Dulles Airport Midfield Expansion, and Dulles Control Tower, in Washington, DC. Wes has a Masters and Bachelor’s of Building Construction from the University of Florida, and is a Certified Meridian Systems Application Engineer and Trainer. |
